U.S. Department of State Opportunity for Speakers of Chinese

In order to respond to the high demand for U.S. visas in China, the U.S. Department of State is looking for people fluent in Chinese to work as Consular Ajudicators. These are limited, non-career appointments, initially for 18 months and renewable for up to five years. The Consular Ajudicator conducts one-on-one interviews with visa applicants and reviews their supporting material. It is a very important, demanding position.
